Flashfire Dewax Furnace

In 1979 Pacific Kiln produced its first burnout furnace for Investment Casting Industry and soon set a STANDARD that has not been matched. Even today it still remains the best value on the market.

In early 1994 Pacific Kiln introduced the FlashFire Dewax SYSTEM and quickly challenged Dewax standards and filled the Rapid Prototyping need. Today this Patented SYSTEM has been used all over the world in the most sophisticated applications.

Flashfire system solved pattern removal for the Rapid Prototyping industry. Flashfire burns away the pattern without expansion, eliminating problems with mold cracking while wax runners and sprues are drained and recovered.

All in one step by using Pacific Kiln Flashfire Dewax Furnace:

• Dewaxes the shell
• Burns it out
• Reclaims the wax
• Preheats the mold for pouring
